DAY 5..

Sorry for the late posting, we haven't had internet for a while. We just purchased internet for the next 2 days at our hotel in Osaka. It cost us 840 Yen for 24 hours.

We took the Nozomi Shinkansen (Super limited express bullet train) from Tokyo to Osaka. The 200mph train ride took approximately 2.5 hours. We then checked into the New Otani Hotel, and ate Donburi at a nearby restaurant. After the meal, I departed on my own to meet up Norman at J's Racing. It felt weird to travel on my own, but you gotta do what you gotta do. It was a 40 minute train ride, and a 30 minute walk from the train station. I stayed at J's racing for almost 4 hours, and they gave me the inside look at the entire shop. I got to see the store front, the parking lot, the mechanics garage, the customers cars, the stock/supply room, the engine building room, their latest projects, and their race car storage facility, which was located outside of J's Racing. It was definitely a cool trip/tour of my favorite company. Koji and Murakami were also kind enough to drive me back to my hotel even though I insisted on taking the JR back. When I got back to the hotel, Joe and I ventured out and ate Chicken Katsu.
