DAY 1..

Woke up early and went to the Tsujiki Fish Market this morning. It was a lot bigger than I expected, and it felt like we were really getting in the way of everyone who was working there. "Stupid Gaijin's" is what they were probably saying. We then ate at a nearby sushi restaurant for a sushi breakfast. All the fish served at that restaurant was sourced directly from the Tsujiki fish market, so you know the sushi is fresh. It was the freshest sushi I have EVER eaten. We then headed to the Tokyo Auto Salon, which is a mind blowing car show. Simply amazing!! It is also very weird seeing people you know, halfway around the World. Some of the fish were so fresh that they were still flapping around. There were even some cut off fish heads, that were still breathing..

Fugu - Japanese poisonous puffer fish, like what was featured in the Simpsons. We all want to try this before we head back home from Japan. Just need to find a restaurant that's certified and serves it.
